Who I Am

I build and facilitate the programs that grow people, and the data that proves it worked.

I'm a hands-on talent development practitioner. I design competency frameworks, facilitate leadership cohorts, build skills taxonomies, and run the engagement and recognition programs that connect development directly to business outcomes.

My work spans instructional design, facilitation, and people analytics. I stay close to the build and the room, turning engagement and assessment data into programs people actually feel, and that move retention, promotion velocity, and culture.

Tools & Resources · The Talent Pipeline

One connected pipeline, end to end.

Ten one-page artifacts, from onboarding to analytics, that work together as a single talent development system. Attract and build people, grow and measure capability, then keep them engaged and prove the impact.

01

Attract & Develop

Onboarding · Learning Journey · Catalyst Framework

02

Grow & Measure Capability

IDP · Skills Taxonomy · Succession

03

Engage & Prove Impact

Engagement · Recognition · Evaluation · Analytics

The Engine

Not nine tools. One system.

Each artifact feeds the next, and a shared analytics layer reads the whole loop. That's the difference between running programs and building the engine that grows people: onboarding flows into development, development into succession, engagement and recognition keep people invested, and measurement proves it all worked, then informs the next cycle. The goal isn't just climbing a ladder, it's building a career lattice, growth that moves across as well as up.

  • Every stage shares one data layer
  • Analytics turns activity into evidence
  • The loop compounds: each cycle gets smarter

The Catalyst Leadership Collective

A six-session cohort experience

A cohort-based leadership program built around the development areas an organization most needs to grow. Over six sessions, emerging and established leaders build capability together, turning core principles into applied, real-world practice.

01Leading Self & Self-AwarenessTap to explore →
01

Leadership starts within. We build the self-awareness to understand your triggers, strengths, and blind spots, because you can't lead others well until you can lead yourself.

02Communication & InfluenceTap to explore →
02

Having conversations isn't enough. Can you influence a room with your words? We develop the ability to communicate with clarity and move people to action.

03Coaching & Developing OthersTap to explore →
03

Someone coached you, now it's your turn. We build the chops to coach, mentor, and shadow others, turning your insight into their growth and your wins into career momentum.

04Leading Through ChangeTap to explore →
04

Change management is one of the biggest challenges organizations face. We prepare you to sustain your own resilience and bring your team along, not just announce the change, but lead people through it.

05Strategic & Business AcumenTap to explore →
05

Being strategic means knowing beyond your own lane: the revenue generators, how budgets break down org-wide, and how your work connects to the business, not just your department.

06Capstone & Applied PracticeTap to explore →

We bring it home. Leaders apply the full program to a real organizational challenge, producing visible, applied proof that the learning translated into impact.

In Practice

How I approach the work.

Two examples of the methodology behind the frameworks, how I actually move engagement and develop leaders in practice. These are approaches, not case files: repeatable methods I bring to an organization.

01
Engagement & Culture

Growing Engagement

Engagement rarely moves because of a single program. It moves when you listen well, act on the right driver, and close the loop so people can feel the change.

Listen

Start with pulse and annual data, then segment by team and tenure to find where the signal actually is.

Prioritize

Resist boiling the ocean. Pick the one or two drivers with the most leverage for that population.

Act & Equip

Move the lever through managers, the biggest influence on team engagement, with targeted tools and conversations.

Close the Loop

Communicate what changed and why, then re-measure. People invest when they see their input mattered.

The result I design for: measurable, sustained lift in the drivers that matter, tied back to retention and promotion, not a one-time survey bump.
02
Leadership Development

Developing Leaders with the Catalyst Framework

Leadership growth is not a course, it is a system. I use the Catalyst Framework to turn "we need better leaders" into a clear, defensible development path.

Anchor

Map the leadership behaviors that matter to the Catalyst Pillars, so growth is defined in observable terms.

Assess

Place each leader on the proficiency tiers, turning a vague "high potential" into a concrete starting point.

Develop

Build targeted plans and cohort experiences through the Catalyst Leadership Collective, learning by doing.

Prove

Track readiness movement over time as a metric, so leadership development is accountable, not assumed.

The result I design for: a visible, growing bench of promotion-ready leaders, and a shared language that makes development everyone's job, not just HR's.
My Philosophy

There Is Always a Will.

My maiden name is Williams. For most of my life, "Will" was just the front of it. Somewhere along the way it became something more: a reminder that there is always a will. A will to learn. A will to develop. A will to become a greater version of who you already are.

I believe every person carries that will. But having it isn't enough. Someone has to help you deliver it. That's the work I've given my career to.

For a long time, we've told people that growth looks like a ladder. Climb, and you rise. Miss a rung, and you've stalled. But I've watched too many talented people stand frozen at the bottom of a ladder that only points one direction, believing that if they aren't moving up, they aren't moving at all.

I don't believe growth is a ladder. I believe it's a quilt.

A quilt isn't built by climbing. It's built by stitching, piece by piece, sometimes moving sideways before you ever move up. A new skill here. A hard conversation there. A lateral move that looked like a detour but taught you the very thing you'd need three years later. Each piece is small on its own. But sewn together, they become something larger, warmer, and more yours than any single rung could ever be.

That's what real development looks like. Not a straight line up, but a widening, deepening whole. You build competencies left to right, not just bottom to top, gathering patches that don't seem to connect until, one day, you step back and see the pattern they were making all along.

This is why I build the systems I build. The frameworks, the pipelines, the leadership cohorts, they aren't about pushing people up a ladder faster. They're about helping people see the quilt they're already making, and giving them the thread to keep stitching.

Because there is always a will. My job is to help you deliver it.

Principles I Practice By

  1. Every initiative earns its keep. Learning exists to move a business objective, not to fill a calendar.
  2. Every competency has a path. Growth is never left to chance; each capability comes with a defined way forward.
  3. Development belongs to everyone. Role-based growth is accessible to every associate, not reserved for a chosen few.
  4. Decisions live at the right level. Talent choices are made with the right people, at the right level of governance.
  5. Data informs talent. Assessment and evidence guide development decisions, not instinct alone.
  6. Capability is the metric. Learning is measured by what people can now do, not by courses completed.
  7. Development never stops. Growth is continuous, woven across the entire employee lifecycle.

Leadership Development

Cohort programs and competency models that grow promotion-ready leaders at twice the rate of their peers.

The goal was never just training. It was collective growth, connected to culture, proven by the data.
